How to Use MYNT Effectively

Each spray delivers a precise 120 microliter dose of nanoemulsified essential oils. That’s all it takes.
Tips for Use:
Spray once into the mouth, ideally under the tongue or inside the cheek.
Hold and swish gently for 15–30 seconds to allow sublingual absorption.

Is It Safe to Ingest Essential Oils?
This is a fair question — and an important one.
Many essential oils are highly concentrated and not safe to ingest in raw form. That’s why we:
Use only GRAS-listed essential oils recognized as safe for human consumption in appropriate dilutions.
Create water-based nanoemulsions, which reduce irritancy and allow for measured absorption.
Stay well within recommended intake thresholds for each oil based on scientific toxicology data.
How We Analyze Oils for Safety
We follow principles from leading research in essential oil toxicology, including the 2021 peer-reviewed paper "Safety assessment of essential oils by oral administration" (Tisserand et al., Food and Chemical Toxicology).
This means:
Reviewing NOAEL (No Observed Adverse Effect Level) and LD50 (Lethal Dose 50%) values
Applying safety factors (usually 100x) to determine maximum daily oral intake
Calculating Margin of Exposure (MoE) to ensure all our formulas stay far below risky levels
